New Patients are welcomed at The Vancouver Clinic!
The Vancouver Clinic is contracted with most health plans. To assure your health plan is one of those plans, please check our Health Plan List prior to requesting an appointment.  For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

Scheduling an Appointment
You are invited to take advantage of this new service.  We will make every effort to find the first available appointment that meets your request.  Online appointment requests must be submitted at least two business days prior to your desired appointment date.  One of our Patient Services Representatives will contact you directly by telephone with available options within one business day.

Canceling an Appointment
We also offer cancellation request service.  We ask that all requests be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.  We will process your request and follow up with you within one business day.  If it is less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, please call the department directly or call 360-397-1500 to cancel.
