New patients are welcome at The Vancouver Clinic!  If you have valid insurance, you will be asked to pay your co-payment at the time of your first visit.  If you are not covered by insurance, you will be asked to make a deposit when checking in for your first visit.  Our Patient Service Representative can let you know how much you will be asked to pay when you schedule your first visit.

The charges for your visit are determined by the services your practitioner provides to meet your unique medical needs. Because of the variety of services which may be provided, we cannot predict the charges when we schedule your appointment. The deposit you are asked to pay for your first visit is based on a low estimate of visit costs. You will receive a statement if your charges exceed that estimate.

You will be asked for your address, phone number, and a copy of your insurance card each time you visit The Vancouver Clinic. We understand this can be an inconvenience, but it is the best way to ensure we bill your insurance accurately and promptly.
