The Vancouver Clinic Research department has conducted FDA-approved pharmaceutical research-institution sponsored clinical drug, device and vaccine trials since the late 1970s in all medical specialties. Research is a vital component of our organization and continues to expand as we service the needs of our growing population.
The mission of the Research Department is to provide the newest treatment options to all patients of The Vancouver Clinic and the area while maintaining strict adherence to excellence in data integrity, sponsor relations and study management. The Research Department promotes safe, honest and compassionate patient care; teamwork; education and continued growth.
Participation in Clinical Trials
For patients and members of the public, we offer a list of open trials classified by medical condition. Research volunteers benefit from participating in clinical trials by receiving, at no cost, frequent medical care, diagnostic procedures and study medications/treatment. Research volunteers also have an opportunity to contribute to the growing body of medical knowledge that will help identify tomorrow's cures.
Sponsorship of Clinical Trials
Sponsors wishing to conduct research within The Vancouver Clinic will find information about our facilities, our patient population and the capabilities of our Research Department. We focus on Phase II and III clinical trials, in the areas of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, GI, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Pulmonology, OB/GYN, Infectious Disease, Nephrology and Oncology.
