Pharmacy Refill

When you need a prescription refill, please call your pharmacy or use our online form to make that request. Try to contact your pharmacy three working days before your refill is needed. The pharmacy will then contact our clinic staff to request the medical information needed to refill. Our on-call physicians are unable to refill routine medications during non-regular office hours. Please plan ahead.
